Girls change the game. Problem is, they’re dropping out of sport before they get a chance. So Nike is teaming up with women in sport to change the conversation. 

Nike Game Growers Now connects GenZ girls with players, pros and role models talking about why girls in sport matters. In a first for Nike, viewers could co-stream the show on their own channels helping get the message out to girls everywhere.

The show connects WNBA players with Gen Z-ers and focusses on elevating female voices on and off the court and positioning them as champions for change.

The show featured WNBA Las Vegas Aces player, A’ja Wilson; Actor and rapper, Sky Katz and Executive Director of the WNBPA, Terri Carmichael Jackson, with model and baller Keke Sevillian as the dynamic host. The discussion incorporated a mix of funny, serious and inspiring stories from the guests about their experiences with sports, where it’s taken them, and their message for girls today. Using a co-streaming model, we empowered viewers to distribute the live content amongst their peers on their own channels, transforming them from passive viewers to active supporters. This way we brought the conversation to a new and large audience who need to hear it.

Before the show, we put the call out to people everywhere to co-broadcast the show on the platforms they live on to celebrate women in sports.
